The first part of our day was spent with kids from LEISD, TISD and TASD all helping pack and distribute bags with goodies for the homeless in our community this morning. The kids were all paired with other students from different schools to help bring them together as a community unit, not divided by district. It was a wonderful thing to see three districts come together for a great cause. We are always so very honored! After all their hard work this morning we treated them all to a bit of coffee from a local coffee shop downtown, Alley Cats Coffee Bar.
